The Duxbury Art Association‘s 2024 Winter Show continues through April 14, 2024, at the Art Complex Museum in Duxbury.  In addition to a wide range of art and media, the show featured spring Blooms from the Community Garden Club of Duxbury.  The show was also featured on the cover of the March/April 2024 issue of Artscope MagazineI am pleased my photo; Black Capped Heron & Drip was juried into the show.

HopArts Center 2022 Arts in Bloom Show Opens

The 17th annnual Arts in Bloom show opened this week and runs from May 23 – June 15, 2022. Of 155 entries, 40 were selected for this year’s exhibit. Six pieces will be honored at an artists reception with cash prizes as well as floral arrangements by Hopkinton Garden Club members that mirror the respective pieces. Sixty members of the HCA entered the show this year from 28 towns and four states. HCA received a wonderful variety of works from Experimental to Classical Realism and everything in between.

Flag Mosaic Accepted to Second “We the People” Exhibit

The Mosesian Center for the Arts in Watertown, MA is hosting its We the People exhibit from Nov 14 – Jan 31, 2020. The exhibit aims to find unity in the commonalities between people and establish a narrative around what it means to be an artist in America today. It features art in all mediums addressing concepts of personal and national identity, migration, heritage, and race. My flag mosaic was juried into the show.

Flag mosaic accepted into Cape Cod Museum of Art national show

Juror, Lauren P. Della Monica, selected 52 artworks from over 362 to be included in the Cape Cod Museum of Art‘s annual invitational exhibition titled: “We The People,” …the first three words in the Preamble of the US Constitution.
