The 17th annnual Arts in Bloom show opened this week and runs from May 23 – June 15, 2022. Of 155 entries, 40 were selected for this year’s exhibit. Six pieces will be honored at an artists reception with cash prizes as well as floral arrangements by Hopkinton Garden Club members that mirror the respective pieces. I am happy to say one of my photographs is included. Called “Carrying On” it is an image of two elders heading home with their bundle of tulips from the Wicked Tulips Farm in Rhode Island. The free artist reception is open to the public on May 26th from 6 – 7pm. A great start to the Memorial Day weekend.
