I finally finished my Paesan, a memorial for my husband of one of our precious Italian Spinones. For those who have never met one, they are very sweet bird dogs emanating from the Piedmont area of Italy. In the open air they can run, hunt, and swim for as long as you’ll let them. Paesan came from Windsor, Ontario and left us too early at the age of seven. This piece is done in stained glass using the color freedom (gray scale) method as taught by Donna Van Hooser.
