The 2018 Member Exhibit of the New England Mosaic Society hosted a reception Sunday, Feb 25th to rave reviews and crowds. Visitors to the opening witnessed an amazing variety of mosaics, some using traditional methods and materials, while others incorporated shells and materials from modern life. My personal favorite was this triptych called Pondscape Dreams by created by Roberta Tobey-Gertz.
In addition to the exhibit, which runs through April 7th, NEMS is offering various mosaic-making opportunities for kids and adults alike.
